" Big shout out to Sam Kay who picked up the phone at 7.50am on boxing day and got to the job for 8.30. My elderly neighbour had a failed boiler, and was pouring hot water out allover. " After getting my old boiler to work on an emergency call out as I said on my previous post we agreed that I really did need a new boiler. Within two days they turned up at the agreed time and about 4 hours later I had a brand new Baxi boiler fitted and working and the place was so tidy you couldn't tell they had been there. Once again I cannot praise Sam,Michael and Chris enough for their efficient professional and friendly service. Would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone. "
